Cancelation Policy:

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all photography bookings. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the retainer. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours' notice and is subject to availability. Weather-related postponements for outdoor sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.

Because photography sessions require reserving time that cannot typically be rebooked on short notice, cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable (for any payments paid not including retainer). Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
